Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods. SPECIAL EDITION BOOKS: The shipping timeframe may range from weeks to months depending on the book. Estimated month of shipment will be on the listing. •Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping option at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided on the item listing and at checkout but are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control. •International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping on select items. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any charges incurred due to customs or taxes in your country. Please check your country's regulations prior to placing an order. Return Policy •All Sales are Final: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items. Please be sure to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at maya@mayanicole.com. Please include a photo and description of the issue, along with your order number, and we will address the situation as quickly as possible. Lost or Delayed Shipments We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the carrier’s possession. In the event of a lost or delayed package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance with tracking or to file a claim.
